We want you to know exactly where you stand before you order, so this page is written plainly.

1-year limited warranty

Your VELORA infrared sauna blanket is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If you are unsure whether the product is right for you, contact us before ordering — we would rather answer your questions first.

What the warranty covers

Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal use within 1 year of delivery. This includes any malfunction caused by a production defect — not by abnormal use or damage caused by the customer.

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or use outside the guidance in the user manual
Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage

How we resolve warranty claims

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will ship you the replacement part(s) needed along with a clear tutorial — including a video guide — to help you complete the repair. In the case of a major malfunction that cannot be resolved with parts, we will replace the full unit at no charge, shipped within the United States.

How to make a claim

Email VeloraWellness.support@gmail.com within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem. We will review your claim and confirm the next steps by email.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable United States consumer law and does not limit them.
