VELORA Infrared Sauna Blanket

I wanted to try this for the relaxation aspect that a sauna gives. I live in a small space so that limits my in home options. This is perfect for small spaces. I started at a 4 for about 30 minutes for my first session. It definitely warms up quickly and is intensely relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep.

I have absolutely fell in love with this sauna blanket. It has become the staple in my home! Not only does this blanket help me detox, but it is also perfect for my "me time." I enjoy using the sauna blanket as an extra step in my workout routine. After the gym, I come home and set up with a nice candle and relaxation music to set the tone. Since using I have noticed major improvements not only in my body but also in my mind. My only regret is that i didn't discover Infrared Sauna Blanket any sooner.

I generally have a pretty hard time just sweating even if I'm in the gym. I started this session by setting the heat to 9 for 10 minutes and it felt toasty warm. I was on my couch, but you can also use this on your bed or floor. I laid in it for about 15 minutes at an alternating heat of 5 and 6, and I definitely felt a really nice warmth from within. I noticed my face start to sweat before I noticed the sweat on my body because my body was in the sauna blanket. I'm really excited about this product because I felt really good when I was in it with a lot of happy hormones that their products are designed for. I would most definitely suggest this product.

I've used infrared saunas and sauna blankets at a wellness studio before and really enjoyed the experience, so I was excited to get this Infrared Sauna Blanket for my home. While I'll admit I don't love it quite as much as being in an actual sauna, I really like having the option at home (especially while I'm living in an apartment). It gives me a way to get that same general sauna experience without having to pay for regular sauna sessions, and it's a fraction of the cost of actually installing or heating a sauna. I've already incorporated it as part of my recovery routine post-workout. The heat helps my muscles relax and helps me unwind after a workout class before bed. I like to use it on days that I feel more sore than normal and want some extra recovery without leaving my apartment. There is a little bit of a barrier to using it tho. You need to use it on a yoga mat (not a couch or carpet) and you're supposed to be fully covered with clothing and socks while using it. Because of that I'll probably invest in the insert towel, so there's less of a barrier to getting in and out, especially if I want to use it right after a workout without changing. Overall, I think it's a really convenient option if you love saunas but don't have access to one at home or don't want to spend the money on regular sessions. It doesn't completely replace the feeling of an actual sauna for me, but the convenience makes it worth having.

This device is such a great alternative to a classic sauna, and the best part is that I don't need to go anywhere - I have everything I need at home. It has 9 heat levels, and it's really easy to adjust them with the controller depending on how I feel that day. What I personally love most is the far-infrared heat, that helps with deep tissue detox and makes my whole body feel completely relaxed. It's such a great feeling! The materials feel very high quality, clean, durable, and knowing they are non-toxic I feel even more calm while using it, cause it is super important to me when it comes to wellness devices - I only want to get something good from them. After every session with my sauna blanket, I feel rested, fresh, deeply relaxed, and like my body actually reset.
