Shipping, warranty and returns
Our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Warranty policy form part of these terms. VELORA ships within the United States only. A 1-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects; we'll ship replacement parts or replace the full unit at no charge. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
